The Professional Services Division at CSS was designed specifically to service our expanding list of contractors and erectors nationwide. This partnership provides you with constant opportunities to erect CSS buildings in your area, as well as provide your existing customers the building solutions they truly require. As a CSS certified builder, you will have access to all our strategically placed distribution facilities, full- service design and project management teams, and constant opportunities to bid new projects for us. CSS has been providing prefabricated metal buildings to customers throughout the United States and its territories since 2006. Do you put the building up?
We connect you to a trusted builder in your area and partner with them so that you can get back to managing the bigger picture! As a nationwide builder we service you wherever you are!
What states do you work in?
As a nationwide builder, we have solutions for you no matter where you are! We have experience putting up metal buildings across the nation!
How are exterior bolts and screws sealed against the elements?
Any exterior fasteners have a little rubber washer to help seal them. Also, any exposed fasteners are painted with the same color and paint system to protect it.
Do you supply garage doors?
Yes. Our Garage Doors range in size from 8’x 8’ to 18’x 18’!
Do you provide insulation?
Yes. We have a variety of insulation options and can assist in helping you decide which option is best.
Do you do concrete?
No, however, we have a network of contractors that we work with that can assist you. Contact us for more information.
Do you all do the interior work?
No, however, we have a network of contractors that we work with that can assist you. Contact us for more information.
Do I have to offload the building?
Yes. We recommend a 2-ton forklift for offloading.
