You Know What You Need. We Make Sure It Gets Built Right.
Built for Businesses
Most of our customers come to us because they’ve hit a wall — the garage isn’t big enough, the storage situation stopped working a long time ago, or the business has grown past what the current space can handle.
Whatever brought you here, you’re making a real investment and you want it done right. We work with property owners and small business owners every day who are building for keeps, and we make sure the process is straightforward, the pricing is honest, and the pre-engineered metal building is everything it’s supposed to be.
Who We Serve
For the People Who Own What They Build
You’re not a developer or a general contractor. You’re the person who has to live and work inside what gets built — and that means the details matter more to you, not less. We work with a lot of people in your position.
The Garage and Workshop Builder
You’ve got equipment, tools, vehicles, or hobbies that deserve a real home. Not a carport. Not a pole barn that’s going to sweat in the summer and leak in the winter. A pre-engineered metal building sized right for what you’re doing and built to hold up wherever you are in the country.
The Small Business Owner
Your current space doesn’t fit your operation anymore — or it never did. You need a building that works for how your business actually runs: the right bay doors, the right clearance, the right footprint. Not a generic box that requires workarounds from day one.
The Storage and Warehouse Buyer
You’re storing equipment, inventory, RVs, boats, vehicles, or materials — and whatever you’re using now isn’t cutting it. You need dry, secure, and accessible space that doesn’t cost a fortune to build or maintain over time.
What We Solve
We’ve Heard It All. Here’s What We Actually Fix.
Most of our business customers aren’t developers or construction pros. They’re people who’ve never bought a pre-engineered metal building before and are spending real money on something that must work. These are the conversations we have every week.
You got one number and it scared you off.
Maybe you called somewhere else first, and the quote came back higher than you expected. Or it came back suspiciously low and something felt off. Either way, you’re not sure if you’re getting a fair deal. We pull pricing from multiple manufacturers so you can see what the market actually looks like — not just what one company wants to charge you.
You don’t know what you don’t know — and nobody’s explaining it.
Permits. Wind loads. Foundation requirements. What’s included in the package and what isn’t. The industry has a way of burying the details until after you’ve already committed. We lay it all out before you sign anything, in plain language, so you’re not blindsided by something that should have been covered in the first conversation.
You’re worried about being stuck with a problem you can’t solve.
What happens if something shows up damaged? What if a part is missing? What if the crew you hired doesn’t know this building system? These are fair questions, and a lot of suppliers don’t have good answers. We stay in it with you through delivery and erection — one person, one phone number, and actual accountability if something goes sideways.
You just want someone to be straight with you.
No runaround. No vague timelines. No “we’ll figure it out when we get there.” You’re making a significant purchase and you deserve a straight answer at every step. That’s the whole job.
How We Work With You
Simple Process. No Surprises.
We Price It Right — Before You Commit
We pull pricing from our nationwide network of manufacturers and present real options with different price points and lead times. You decide what works for your budget and your schedule. No pressure. No mystery numbers.
We Handle the Details You Didn’t Know to Ask About
Loads, permits, local codes, foundation coordination, delivery logistics — this is where first-time PEMB buyers get tripped up. We’ve done this hundreds of times across every region of the country. You get the benefit of that experience without having to figure it out the hard way.
A Dedicated Project Manager, Start to Finish
Every job gets one person who knows your project, answers your calls, and stays involved through delivery and erection. You’re not passed off to a call center or left chasing down a ticket number. When something needs an answer, you get one.
No Back Charges When Something Goes Wrong
If materials arrive incorrect or incomplete, that’s our problem to solve — not yours. We take accountability for the supply side and keep it off your plate.
How It Works
Three-Step Process
Tell Us What You’re Building
Size, use, location, timeline, budget — share what you know and we’ll fill in the rest. No need to have it all figured out before the first conversation.
We Build the Right Package
We pull pricing through our supplier network, sort through the options, and give you clear choices before you’re committed to anything. You pick the combination that fits your priorities.
We Stay With It Through Delivery
Your project manager tracks the job, coordinates the schedule, and handles anything that comes up along the way. You stay informed. We keep the project moving.

First time ordering up a building. Sean was VERY helpful with helping me design the structure as well as pointing out aspects of the install that I would not have caught. He went above and beyond. The ladies in the design dept rock! and Jake was very helpful as well. So far so good.

I recently inquired into purchasing a 40 x 60 Garage to store some of equipment. We live in Central PA. Coastal Steel was so helpful in the design and quoting process. They not only helped me get the best price but also made sure I was able compare apples to apples with the many other companies I engaged with. Ultimately, I chose them as my steel building company and am so happy with how my building turned out. The only thing that was better than the service I received was the actual building once it was delivered and installed!
We’ve Got Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know what size building I actually need?
We help you work through it. Share how you plan to use the space — what you’re storing, how you’ll move around inside, whether you need room to grow — and we’ll help you land on a footprint that makes sense for the long term. Under sizing is one of the most common and most expensive mistakes first-time buyers make.
Do I need a contractor to erect the building?
Not on your own — that’s part of what we handle. We work directly with a vetted network of general contractors and erectors across the country, so if you need someone to put the building up, we’re already connected to the right people. One call to us covers both the steel and the crew. You don’t have to source them separately, vet them yourself, or hope the two sides coordinate. We manage it all.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
It varies by manufacturer, building size, and time of year. We’ll give you a realistic lead time range based on the options we pull — not a best-case estimate. If your timeline is tight, we know which suppliers can move faster and factor that into what we recommend.
Can I make changes after the order is placed?
Some changes are possible early in the engineering phase; others aren’t once fabrication begins. That’s why we work hard to get every detail right before the order goes in. The earlier you’re locked into a solid plan, the fewer surprises on the back end.
What if I've never bought a pre-engineered metal building before?
That’s most of the people we work with in this category. There’s no learning curve required on your end — that’s what we’re here for. We’ll explain what matters, flag what you need to know, and make sure you’re confident in every decision before you make it.
