Where the Work Takes Shape
Stop Managing the Gap Between Your Supplier and Your Erector
Most GCs have been there. Steel shows up and the erector wasn’t notified. A part is wrong and nobody owns it. Two separate contracts, two separate schedules, and you’re the one making the calls to sort it out.
That gap is where PEMB projects quietly fall apart. We close it.
Where Steel Becomes Structure
One Team. Both Sides Handled.
We source the materials and coordinate the erection under one contract. Your erector knows the schedule before the steel is manufactured. Delivery and labor are aligned from the start. When something comes up on site, your project manager handles it — not you.

Jessica Moore
I recently inquired into purchasing a 40 x 60 Garage to store some of equipment. We live in Central PA. Coastal Steel was so helpful in the design and quoting process. They not only helped me get the best price but also made sure I was able compare apples to apples with the many other companies I engaged with. Ultimately, I chose them as my steel building company and am so happy with how my building turned out. The only thing that was better than the service I received was the actual building once it was delivered and installed!

First time ordering up a building. Sean was VERY helpful with helping me design the structure as well as pointing out aspects of the install that I would not have caught. He went above and beyond. The ladies in the design dept rock! and Jake was very helpful as well. So far so good.
We’ve Got Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
What does Furnish & Erect include?
The full steel package sourced through our manufacturing network, plus erection by a vetted crew — all under one contract. One number, one schedule, one person accountable for both sides.
What if I already have an erector I trust?
We can work with that. We’ll handle the materials side and coordinate directly with your crew — keeping delivery aligned with their schedule so they’re not chasing down a supplier they’ve never worked with.
What happens if something arrives wrong?
Your project manager handles it. Material issues are resolved with the manufacturer directly — not through a back charge to your project. The job keeps moving.
How do you vet your erectors?
We match crews by track record, building type, and geography. These aren’t referrals — they’re relationships we’ve built over years of work on the same types of projects you’re running.
