Challenges
A Commercial Metal Building Sized for Food Production at Scale
We supplied the I-Beam structure, engineered to Pasco County load requirements and configured around the equipment going inside it.
A food plant puts more through its roof than most industrial buildings. This one carried a large quantity of roof framed openings for process and mechanical equipment, with additional openings requested after the building was already engineered and erected. Each one was reframed without compromising the structure or the roof system.
Solutions
Sequencing 40 Trucks of Pre-Engineered Steel in Two Weeks
The exterior was delivered in a custom color match to Bauducco’s brand yellow. Projects this size do not arrive all in one day, so delivery was phased across roughly 40 trucks over two weeks. We sequenced every load with Link Construction Group, the general contractor on the project, and their team kept a schedule that tight running smoothly from start to finish.
Phase One opened in June 2026.
