Luxe RV and Boat Storage
Port St. Lucie, FL
Luxe RV and Boat Storage was developed to meet the growing demand for secure, well designed storage for high value recreational vehicles. Spanning 167,912 square feet across four covered pre-engineered metal building structures, the project delivers large scale coverage while maintaining operational efficiency and long term durability.
Each building was purposefully designed around the real dimensions and maneuvering needs of RVs, motorhomes, and boats. Wide clear spans create open, unobstructed storage areas, while generous clear heights ensure oversized vehicles can move comfortably throughout the site. The covered configuration provides dependable protection from sun, wind, and rain, helping preserve customer investments while offering ownership a low maintenance, long lasting asset.

Challenges
Designing at this scale required more than simply covering square footage. The buildings needed to support safe, stress free movement for oversized vehicles while maximizing usable space. Tight layouts or interior columns would have limited accessibility and reduced efficiency. At the same time, the overall site plan had to encourage smooth traffic flow across four large structures without creating congestion points.
There was also the challenge of delivering durable, weather resistant protection that performs consistently over time. RVs and boats represent significant financial investments, and long term exposure can lead to costly wear. The project needed to balance structural strength, material efficiency, and cost control without compromising performance.
Solutions
A pre-engineered metal building system provided the structural flexibility to create wide clear span layouts tailored specifically for RV and boat storage. By eliminating interior obstructions and engineering proper bay spacing and height, the design maximized functionality while maintaining cost efficiency. The four building configuration was strategically positioned to improve circulation and simplify navigation throughout the site.
Durable steel construction ensures long term strength with minimal upkeep, while the covered design shields vehicles from environmental exposure. Through thoughtful planning, value engineering, and a clear understanding of operational needs, Luxe RV and Boat Storage delivers more than covered parking. It provides a high performing, scalable storage solution that protects customer assets and supports long term ownership success.

BRS Partners, Poolsville, MD
Chris, We wanted to take a moment and thank you for your continued support and good products in the horse industry. BRS entered into this Market in 2014 and since then we have built 4 structures with you including 3 indoor arenas and a large Commercial Garage. Your product is of top quality and your support with the engineered drawings is outstanding. You take your time when you are with us and do not rush us out the door. Also, when there were any field discrepancies you jumped at the opportunity to make it right. For that, we thank you and hope to do business with you well into the future. Have a great night.

Our family has been in the Equine Industry for 30 years. We have dealt with countless contractors and suppliers. After many, many years of wishing and hoping, we were able to complete our dream of erecting a Covered Arena. Coastal Steel Structures made this possible with their more than fair pricing for our building. Every one we came in contact with were friendly, courteous and helpful. The building was delivered correctly and timely. We would highly recommend them for any steel buildings you may need.

Proven Coast to Coast
Built on Trust. Proven by Repeat Business.
Our business wasn’t built on first impressions — it was built on repeat business. The contractors, architects, and erectors who choose us once tend to keep choosing us, and refer the ones who come after them.
That’s how a company rooted in South Florida ended up building in nearly every region of the country. Clear communication, honest guidance, and real accountability don’t just deliver a great steel building. They build the kind of trust that travels.
